Social Prescribing helps you discover what matters to you. Our Link Workers help you work towards improving your health and wellbeing in ways that best suits your individual needs.

 

Longford Social Prescribing Service at Longford Community Resources clg is a free service and is funded under the HSE’s Sláintecare Healthy Communities Programme.
