Longford Town Parent and Toddler Group
This is a group for parents of children not yet in preschool or national school.
It is a space for parents to come together to chat, share experiences and to get to know other parents in your area.
This group is free and it takes place on Tuesday mornings at 10.30am.

Intercultural Women’s Group Edgeworthstown
We run the Edgeworthstown Intercultural Women’s Group. The group meet weekly in The Green, Edgeworthstown. The group engage in different activities such as arts & crafts, creative writing, trips etc. All women all welcome! For further information please call Laura on the SICAP team at 087-7064799.
LCRL’s County Longford Older Persons’ Network
This network of older people’s groups from around the county meets monthly to share ideas, get information on a range of topics and to raise issues related to older people living in Longford. For further information please contact Bryan on the SICAP team on 087-1454521.
These are just some examples of the groups which we work with. Others include a residents’ groups; groups for new arrivals, health and wellbeing group, mixed bowls group, multicultural mens’ group, writer’s group, creative arts group.
