The Government has recently launched the “Keep Well” campaign. This campaign focuses on minding your own physical and mental health and wellbeing by adding healthy and helpful habits to your daily and weekly routines. The Healthy Ireland “Keep Well” campaign will provide guidelines, information, and tips to help everyone keep well throughout the coming months.
